Pre-launch: we are building toward 2027. Where we are today

New Machines

Expert teams in the Philippines for back-office work anywhere

Credentialed specialists are scarce and slow to hire, so your work waits. We treat each claim, return, file or filing as a job, put a trained Filipino job lead on it, back them with AI specialists, and bring in a reviewer licensed in your country only where a signature is required.

How the model works

The talent
Smart Filipino professionals hired for judgment and care, not credentials, such as a great service rep.
The backing
AI specialists research, draft, check rules and fill in forms. The person leads the job.
The safeguard
Professionals licensed in your country sign off wherever the law or the customer requires it.
The result
Expert-quality work for companies anywhere at less cost and less waiting, and skilled, well-paid careers in the Philippines.

Who does what on a job

Every job has the same four roles, so you always know who decided, who checked and who signed.
  • Job lead

A trained New Machines employee in the Philippines who owns the job from start to finish, makes the judgment calls and decides what goes out.

  • AI specialists

Research the rules, draft letters and forms, check every field and track deadlines. They advise; they do not decide.

  • Licensed reviewer

Licensed in your country. Signs off wherever the law or your policy requires a credential. Their approval covers one exact action.

  • Your checker

A named person at your company who accepts the result against the definition of done. Nothing is finished until they do.

The ten industries we support first

Each one has heavy paperwork, written rules, a deep bench of Filipino talent and a licensed credential that must sign off. We train teams on one industry at a time.
  1. 01

    Bookkeeping and accounting

Reconciliations, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, and clean books ready for review.

Sign-off: A licensed accountant in your country reviews wherever an opinion or attestation is needed.

  2. 02

    Tax preparation

Individual and business returns, amendments, notices and payment plans, checked line by line.

Sign-off: A licensed tax preparer, such as a US CPA or enrolled agent, signs as the preparer of record.

  3. 03

    Medical billing and coding

Coding checks, claim submission, denials and payer appeals, worked until the payer pays.

Sign-off: A certified medical coder approves before anything is submitted.

  4. 04

    Prior authorization and utilization review

Clinical job preparation by Philippine registered nurses: records, criteria checks and payer submissions.

Sign-off: A nurse or physician reviewer licensed in your country makes every clinical determination.

  5. 05

    Insurance claims and underwriting

First notice, evidence gathering, coverage checks, underwriting files and follow-up until the claim is settled.

Sign-off: An adjuster or underwriter licensed in your jurisdiction decides.

  6. 06

    Mortgage and loan processing

File setup, document collection, conditions, verifications and closing packages for lenders.

Sign-off: A licensed loan officer or underwriter makes every credit decision.

  7. 07

    Legal support and immigration paperwork

Paralegal work, contract and document review, and immigration forms with their evidence and timelines.

Sign-off: An attorney licensed in your jurisdiction reviews. Job leads never give legal advice.

  8. 08

    Payroll, HR and benefits administration

Payroll runs, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave tracking and the filings that follow them.

Sign-off: Your HR or benefits compliance lead approves changes before they take effect.

  9. 09

    KYC, AML and financial compliance

Customer due diligence, sanctions screening, alert review and job files ready for a decision.

Sign-off: Your compliance officer decides on every escalation and report.

  10. 10

    Logistics, freight and customs

Shipment tracking, carrier paperwork, delivery exceptions and customs entry documentation.

Sign-off: A licensed customs broker files every entry.

Next on our list: FP&A and M&A due diligence, real estate transactions and pharmacovigilance.

Licensing comes first

Some work is reserved by law for licensed professionals, and the rules differ by country, by state and by field. Before we take on a job type in a market, we map which steps need a credential and put a reviewer licensed there on exactly those steps. Where the law does not allow this model, we do not offer it.

Job leads never present themselves as licensed, and AI advice is never treated as an approval.
